If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your EBS purchase, we accept exchanges only within 14 business days of the shipping date. Items will not be honored for exchange after 14 business days. No exceptions. EBS items should be shipped back in re-saleable condition in order for an exchange to be honored.
Exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been used, soiled, washed, or damaged. Custom orders are ineligible for exchange.
Items purchased from a retailer are not eligible for exchanges through E-BumperSavers.com. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, as EBS does not provide pre-paid package labels for exchanges. All customers are charged an additional $10 re-shipment fee for the exchanged item to be shipped to you. Once we are in receipt of your original EBS item along with the original packaging receipt, we will happily send you the new requested item for exchange.
